Pricing

Pricing that fits your shop

Every shop is different, so we do not sell a one-size-fits-all plan. Fidzi pricing is quote-based: we look together at what you really need, and give you a clear price with no hidden commitment.

What sets the price

The number of cards

We size things to the maximum number of customer cards you want to issue. A small shop does not pay like a chain.

The level of support

From a simple onboarding to a full setup done with you (programme, rewards, branding, QR code rollout).

Monthly assistance (optional)

If you wish, regular follow-up: advice on your campaigns, win-backs and programme tweaks. Otherwise, you run on your own.

FAQ

Pricing questions

Why not show a fixed price?

Because a single price would be either too dear for a small shop or too tight for a big need. A quote makes sure you pay for what you actually need.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No minimum term. You cancel by email whenever you want, with 30 days notice and no fee (article 10 of the terms). Better said upfront than discovered later.

Do I need to buy hardware?

No. Your phone or tablet is enough to add points and manage your customers. There is no device to buy.

Is monthly assistance mandatory?

No, it is optional. Many merchants are self-sufficient after setup. Monthly assistance is there if you prefer ongoing support.

Other services

One person for everything that is online

Your website, your loyalty card, your Google reviews: three things serving the same shop, and one person to write to when something comes up. A local shop has no IT department - what it buys, in the end, is not having to think about it.

The simplest is to talk it through: describe your shop in two lines and we reply with a clear quote, with no pushy follow-up.
