Frequently asked questions
Everything we get asked most about Fidzi, the loyalty card in the phone. A question not answered here? Write to us, we reply fast.
For your customers
Do they need to install an app?
No. The card is added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, already on the phone. No app, no account to create.
What about customers without a smartphone?
You sign them up yourself in 30 seconds from your tablet, with the same form (their email is enough). Then you find their card at the till by searching on the name or the email, and you add the stamps by hand.
What if the customer changes phone?
They ask for their card again by email from the card recovery page, with nothing to reinstall. Nothing is lost.
For your shop
Do I need to buy hardware?
No. Your phone or tablet is enough to add points and manage your customers. No device to buy.
How long does it take to start?
A few minutes: you create your programme, print the QR code for the counter, and customers sign up by scanning it.
Does Fidzi replace my till?
No. Fidzi tracks loyalty and shows rewards; you stay in charge of your till and honour the reward your own way.
The card and the programme
Stamps or points, what is the difference?
Stamps count visits (simple, ideal for a bakery or bar). Points track the amount spent (useful when baskets vary).
Can I offer the reward of my choice?
Yes. You set the number of stamps or points and the reward: free product, discount, gift. As soon as the customer qualifies, Fidzi flags it on their card and shows it to you at the scan; you are the one who hands it over.
Does the card update after the visit?
Yes. Add a stamp or points, and the customer's card changes remotely, with a possible notification.
Pricing and data
How much does it cost?
Pricing is quote-based: it depends on the number of cards, the level of support and an optional monthly assistance. We give you a clear price.
Is my data protected?
Yes. Hosted in Europe, GDPR compliant, each shop only sees its own customers. Consent, anonymisation and export are built in.
Is there a commitment?
No hidden commitment. Terms are stated clearly in the quote, before you decide.
