How it works in the salon
Three steps, nothing to install on the client’s side:
- The client scans a QR code at reception and adds their card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet in one tap.
- On each visit, you log it from your phone or tablet, in points or in stamps.
- When the threshold is reached, the reward (blow-dry, treatment, free cut) appears: all you have to do is honour it.
Points or visits, your choice
A salon mixes prices: a cut, a colour and a treatment are not worth the same. Fidzi handles both logics - one stamp per visit to keep it simple, or points based on the amount spent to reward pricier services.
You can also set up tiers (regular client, priority client) and a short note on the back of the card, to care for the relationship as much as the haircut.
