Loyalty built on treatments, not products
A salon does not sell items by the unit but time and care: a massage, a wax, a set of nails. Appointments are weeks apart and the basket is high, which changes how you should reward entirely.
A cardboard card copes badly with that rhythm. It ends up at the bottom of a bag, the client does not have it when paying, and the free treatment gets negotiated from memory at the desk.
With Fidzi, the card stays in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet between appointments. It is never forgotten and always shows where your client stands.
A stamp per treatment or points on the amount
Both work in a salon; the choice depends on your treatment menu:
- One stamp per treatment: easy to read, ideal if your prices are close.
- Points based on the amount: fairer if you go from an eyebrow wax to a full bridal package.
- One stamp per spending bracket: the compromise, to keep the look of a stamp card without penalising big baskets.
Tiers, made for your regular clients
A salon usually has a core of clients who have been coming every month for years. Tiers exist for exactly that: past a certain total, the client moves up to a higher status, with a benefit you describe yourself.
Reaching a tier can automatically grant a coupon: a free treatment, a discount on the next appointment, a product to take home. You have nothing to watch, Fidzi grants it and shows it on the card.
Spotting the client who is drifting away
The real risk in a salon is not the unhappy client: it is the one who spaces out appointments without saying anything, then goes elsewhere. Without a tool, you notice six months too late.
The dashboard flags clients inactive for a delay you choose. In a few clicks you send them a reminder, with or without an offer - a nudge is often enough to get an appointment back in the book.
What happens at the desk
Nothing changes in your routine: when the client pays, you scan their card and validate the treatment. The stamp or the points are added, and the card updates in their phone.
- Sign-up happens once, by scanning a QR code at the desk.
- No app to install, no password to remember.
- If the client does not have their phone, you find their card by name.
Seasonal offers and coupons
You can create time-limited coupons: a discount on facials in November, a waxing package before summer. The coupon appears on the back of the card and expires on its own at the date you chose.
Fidzi tracks and displays; you honour the offer at the till. Nothing is deducted automatically, your till stays in charge of the final price.
Getting started
Create your programme (name, colours, logo), pick the mechanic and the reward, print the QR code and put it on the desk. Your first clients sign up the same day.
We can also do it together: book a demo and we will set up your card, your tiers and your rewards from your real treatment menu.
