How it works at the counter
Three steps, nothing to install on the customer’s side:
- The customer scans a QR code at the bar and adds their card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet in one tap.
- On each drink, you add a stamp from your phone or tablet - a single gesture, even in the middle of a rush.
- When the card is full, the reward (coffee, beer, free cocktail) appears: all you have to do is pour it.
A stamp per drink or per amount
Fidzi adapts to your menu. You name what gets stamped (coffee, pint, cocktail) and the scanner shows it instead of the word “stamp”. You choose how a stamp is earned: one per visit, one per drink, or one per amount spent for larger tabs.
The card can even be shown visually in the phone, like a real stamp card: the slots fill up round after round, with your logo as the stamp.
