How it works in the dining room
Three steps, nothing to install on the customer’s side:
- The customer scans a QR code on the table or at the till and adds their card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet in one tap.
- On each meal, you log the visit from your phone or tablet, in points or in stamps.
- When the threshold is reached, the reward (coffee, dessert, free dish) appears: all you have to do is honour it.

Fidzi adapts to your format. One stamp per meal to keep the lunch service simple, or points based on the bill amount to reward big tables and special evenings.
You can also capture the amount when adding loyalty, which gives you a sense of your regulars’ average spend, without Fidzi ever becoming your till.
